Kenya Now provides resources and support from a distance by partnering with trusted local ministries who already have deep roots in their communities.
Currently, we partner with Abundant Mercy of Jesus Ministries in Kitale, Kenya — a ministry that leads a network of small churches and operates a school and children’s home.
They bring the vision, leadership, and community trust; we help supply the resources needed to break the cycle of poverty.
Kenya Now supports two locally managed initiatives for children in rural Kenya:
Rebirth Academy – a small school offering free education, meals, and uniforms to orphans and local children living in extreme poverty.
Rebirth Children’s Home – a residence providing care, meals, and mentorship for orphaned children who live on-site.
Students continue to receive educational support through secondary school and beyond.
Our Healthy Child Program also covers medical care, helping ensure every child grows up safe and healthy.
University sponsors commit a total of $3,500, which covers two years of tuition, housing, meals, and a laptop.
Payments can be made in flexible installments (e.g. $875/month). Students choose their field of study and university within Kenya.
Note: A student may begin once at least $1,750 (two months’ funding) has been received.
For personalized plans, contact Sara, our sponsorship coordinator, at: sponsorships@kenyanow.org.
Kenyan universities operate on a January–December academic year, but enrollment can begin at any time once funding is available.
Our sponsorship team shares updates twice per year, though timing can vary due to various challenges.

Yes. Our Christ-centered programs operate in partnership with a Christian ministry in Kenya.
Children are taught biblical values and encouraged to grow in faith, while we continue to serve all community members with compassion regardless of background or belief.
There are several ways to help beyond financial giving — including hosting a fundraiser, sharing social media content, helping with outreach events, or joining a short-term trip.
